Hello, I am Anna- a 24 yo developer from Lviv, Ukraine. I would describe myself as a fast learner- as studying dentistry, taught me how to organize my time and memorize large amount of information within a short time. I am also highly ambitious and passionate about the things I do (and I mean it)- "working just for work's sake" is not for me. I need long-term goals and plans I can strive towards. I always like to challenge myself; settling down is not my thing- that's why, I guess, I've managed to live in 4 different countries so far (it's not the end, though) and constantly learning new things. My ambitions mostly lie more towards finance and embedded system development. Although it's in a long perspective, I would also like to do something for my country in the future, but now I stick to the slogan "If you want to change the world, first change yourself".

My projects
Weather app
API-driven weather app, built using React. It provides accurate 5-day forecast & historical data for any global location. This data includes six elements, such as current date & time, wind, humidity, cloudiness, and temperature. Additionally, it has a function of weather conversion.
Dictionary app
Responsive online English dictionary app with an interactive background, created by using React and API. This app includes features such as search engine, audio pronunciation, example sentence of the word and synonyms.
Madeira Hackathon
Two days' in-person hackaton in Madeira, Portugal, where digital nomads, expats and locals got together to contribute with innovative technical solutions to local problems. Our team created a prototype of an informational portal for the government of the Madeira island. The portal was built purely with React and Tailwind.

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
I have a fundamental understanding of IT services and their uses in the AWS Cloud, am able to identify essential AWS services necessary to set up AWS-focused projects.
Advanced React Development
I have learnt and practiced working with React specific concepts like: JSX, components, state, props, hooks, and more.
Web Development
As a result of the successful completion of this workshop, I improved my skills in basic technologies (HTML5, Css and JavaScript) as well, as acquired new knowledge in using RESTful APIs, GitHub, Git, Bootstrap and hosting on Netlify.
Responsive Web development
During this 5-weeks I have learned things like advanced Bootstrap (Navigation, Utility Classes, etc.), Flexbox, Multiple Page Hosting, Media Queries, Search Engine Optimisation and more.
Introduction to coding
My first online coding workshop. It gave me fundamental skills and knowledge in such technologies and tools, as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and Visual Studio Code editor.
Dental degree
Well, even though, dental degree is not really relevant to the IT industry, I’ve spent 5 years to get it (which, let me mention, wasn’t easy :). So let me just proudly include it here. Besides, studying it made me very attentive to details and a fast-learner.
